You can freely purchase any products you wish on our website, but if for any reason you change your mind, don’t worry: the products can be returned or replaced.

If the product has been opened from its original packaging and the original wrapping is no longer present, the product will not be exchanged or replaced. The product will not be replaced or refunded if it is scratched or damaged. Please ensure that you do not damage the product and do not wear it.

When you write to us, please specify which item you wish to replace or refund, along with your order number, first name, and last name.
If you prefer, we can arrange for UPS to collect the package at a cost of €7.90. When we receive the package, we will deduct €7.90 from your refund.
We will set it aside immediately, and as soon as the return is received, the replacement item will be shipped to you immediately.

If you wish, you will be refunded the full amount to your credit card as soon as the return is received, or if you prefer, you can receive a credit to use later in our store.

Returns are entirely at the customer’s expense:

1: Ship the package with the product to be returned independently to PLS SRL Via Gustavo Fara 7 20124 Milan, Italy. Ship the product to be returned completely intact with all labels intact and without signs of wear.
Once we receive the package, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
