  • Standard shipping is free for orders over €99 in Italy.
  • For shipments to Europe in all countries belonging to zone A of the European Union, delivery is free for orders over €99.
  • Orders are processed within 24/48 hours, except on weekends (e.g., if you order on Friday, your order will be prepared on Saturday and shipped on the following Monday).
  • Delivery is via UPS express courier.
  • Shipments in Italy arrive very quickly. After the package is shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days, in some cases it may be delayed by 1-2 days more for more remote areas, but these cases of delivery delays are very rare.
  • If you order less than 99 EURO, the single shipping rate is as follows:
  • ITALY: shipping costs for orders under EURO 99 are EURO 8.90
  • EUROPE: shipping costs for orders under 99 euro are 12.9 EURO.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

  • Don’t worry, your package will definitely arrive. Please note that we cannot do much about courier delays.

If your order is to be shipped to European countries in zone A: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, the shipping costs are EUR 12.90. Remember that shipping is free for orders over EUR 99.

For European countries in zone B: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Hungary. The shipping costs applied are EUR 19.90.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU

For shipments to other countries outside the EU, including Japan, Hong Kong, Ireland, Norway, the United Kingdom (UK), Russia, San Marino, Canada, Mexico, the United States, and Australia, the shipping cost is $49.99.

Customs fees may be added to the shipping costs if applied by the country in question.

REPLACEMENT AND RETURN OF GOODS IN ITALY
