  •  Delivery via the best express couriers with Bartolini and Ups.
  •  Shipments to Italy arrive very quickly. After the package is shipped it usually takes 3/5 working days, in some cases it might delay by 1/2 days more for more remote areas, but these cases of delayed deliveries are very rare.

DO I RECEIVE A NOTICE AFTER MY ORDER?

Yes as soon as you place your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation and as soon as your order is processed we will email you the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Later if you do not receive the email you can check one of the following reasons why it did not arrive.

IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

  • In the event that you are not present for delivery you can request a second scheduled delivery. The courier will leave you a notice where you can contact the nearest location and have the package delivered back to you.
  •  Alternatively you can have a neighbor deliver the package – Don’t worry your package will definitely arrive. Please note that we cannot do more about courier delays.

EUROPE SHIPMENTS

  • Shipments for Austria-Germany-France-Spain-Belgium delivery is free above 99 euros.
  • For countries Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, San Marino the charges applied are 14.9 euros
  • For European countries in zone B: Estonia, Finland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, England. The applied shipping charges are 19.90 EUR.
  • On the other hand, if it is to be shipped to countries not mentioned in the list, the rate is 29.90 EURO for parcels up to 5 KG. Customs fees may be added to the shipping costs if applied by the country in question.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ITALY

On our site you can freely buy all the products you want but, if for some reason you change your mind rest assured the products can be returned or exchanged.

If the product has been opened from the original packaging and the original wrapping is gone, the product will not be exchanged or replaced. The product will not be exchanged or refunded if it has scratches or damage.

REPLACEMENT OR RETURN EUROPE

If you want to return goods from the following countries: Austria-Germany-France-Spain- Belgium you have these options:

1: Ship the package yourself. ( Ship the product to be returned completely intact with all labels intact with no signs of wear.

2: Ask us to arrange pickup which will have a charge euro 14.90 which will be deducted at the time of refund once the package arrives.

For all other countries, the customer will have to ship to PLS SRL Via Gustavo Fara 7 the goods at their own expense in whatever country they are in.
ATTENTION : Once you have received the returned product intact if you have requested a refund you will be refunded minus the 14.90 euro fee for the return shipping of the goods.

1: To buy in our skateshop you have to choose the product you like and click on the button to add the product to your cart. Once you have selected all the products you have to checkout at checkout.
