POPSICLE SKATEBOARD OR SHAPED BOARD

DECK FOR SKATEBOARD THE RIGHT SIZE

The rules for choosing board widths for adults can vary, the most commonly used standard sizes are 7.8″” to 8.5″ .

To choose the perfect width, it is best to base it on the shoe size you use and the height of the skater.

Below is a table you can follow to make a good choice without making mistakes. But beware, when your skill level goes up, you can also use large decks while having a small foot in sizes 40 to 41.

Even for adults, it is of paramount importance where you want to skate, on the street for manoeuvring a narrower board is better anyway, It will be easy to learn how to flip it and learn a few tricks.

If skatepark and bowl your goal we recommend choosing a wider width for more stability and control. You don’t have to follow the chart if you are already a good skater, but we recommend using our guidelines for all beginners.

Shoe size 38 to 41 – ideal width measurement 7.75″ – 8.0″ – 8.125″

Foot size 41 to 43 – ideal width measurement 8.0″ – 8.125″ – 8..25″- 8.375″

Foot size 43 to 46 – ideal width 8.25″ – 8.375″ – 8.5″ – 8.6″ – 8.75″

SKATEBOARD LENGTH WHAT TO KNOW

Choosing the ideal skateboard length is less important than the width. However, certain parameters must be observed if you are a beginner, length measurements are always expressed in inches (inch) and range from 29″ to over 32″.

The bigger the board, the larger the wheelbase measurement, It is also good and right to take a board in proportion to your height. If you are tall, we recommend a longer board, and if you are not tall, a shorter length.
