Burton snowboard is opened its doors and was founded by its creator father Jake Burton Carpenter. Jake was one of the undisputed pioneers of snowboarding.

His name is a legend and he continues to this day with his company to keep his dream alive. One Burton is forever and Jack created modern snowboarding.

Other technologies have always been a must for Burton snowboards such as the exclusive “The channel” system that changes the game when it comes to stance adjustment. This patented system allows a really wide combination of stance positions that can be measured to the millimeter.

Compared to classic holes this exclusive system allows perfectionists to adjust to the millimeter the perfect stance for them. This system works perfectly with Burton’s EST binding technology.
With the est-channel combo, perfection is assured.

Burton offers boards for all kinds of levels. The top of the range boards also offer them of a technology called “Infinite ride” that allows Burton boards to maintain top flexibility and response over time.

BURTON MILANO STORE PLEASURES

Our history with the Burton Snowboards brand goes back many years. And it is a story that begins since the opening of our store in 1999 in Via Fara number 7 and later in our former store in De Amicis 33 in the early 2000s.
As soon as Pleasures opened we did not have the opportunity to have the Burton brand.

In Milan, the two historical retailers of the Burton snow brand were first of all the legendary Morgan store that had already been selling the legendary Burton brand to half the world for more than 15 years before, but rather since the early 1990s.
A second younger ,but still popular store was Pedro store in Porta Ticinese run by Matteo.

One day a proposal came to us to put Burton snowboards in the store from the historic Italian distributor. Our joy was through the roof because Burton snowboards anyway and it had always been a goal of ours to grow our store.
Mattia and I were through the roof that season and I still remember when we placed our first order for Burton snowboards.

The company immediately ranked us as the core snowboard store in the Milan scene, and the first few seasons with Burton gave us the opportunity to sell exclusive boards that only certain, select stores in the country could have.

BURTON UNINC ERA

Burton boards were the legendary Uninc Series with the little pig with wings that made a huge hit. At the time Burton was making promodels for uninc by making incredibly high performance boards with spacey graphics.

It was the time when Burton was ahead of everyone by making a team of overpowered core snowboarders such as Roman de marchi , Jeremy Jones , Gigi Ruf , JP Solber and other top world riders that made the Burton brand take off even more.

The boards were all mountain boards with classic super cambers with various flex hardnesses that suited all styles of snowboarding. They were spacey with incredible grip on the slope and magical floating in powder.

The graphics and the pig theme that accompanied the graphics on the boards made history. Every graphic was curated to the extreme. Nothing was there by accident.

The artists along with the riders and Burton in those historic years created absolute dominance in the snowboarding scene of that time for a few years.
The hype was extremely hot and hot is everyone wanted a Burton uninc board because the mood said that and there was no question about it.

In addition Burton created a merchandise around the Uninc project of the highest level with pop ups , stickers and all kinds of original gadgets.

In short, the format was perfect and our store continued to grind out success that in most part was also due to our enthusiasm to partner and work with Burton snowboards.

For years a pure passion, enthusiasm and pride. Not only with Burton , but also with all the other brands we have always partnered with during all the last 24 years.

BURTON SEVEN BOARDS

Besides the Uninc another series that of Burton boards were the legendary SEVEN boards. This series d boards gave generations of snowboarders the perfect board to use in all kinds of terrain. From park to sta to off-piste the sevens have become a must have.

From the first super camber and hard series , seven has moved on to maneuverable boards with extreme playfulness having an optimal flex for every condition.
To conclude these two series are mentioned because they were the first Burton boards that came into our store.

Later in the following years pleasures had in Milan a large selection of all burton snowboards products.
The brand has always been and still is among the brands that have the highest production quality.
For more than 15 years we were avid Burton dealers.

We had two stores in Milan that as Burton eivenditori. We were now the snowboard store in Milan and the most core retailer being and remaining over time however a skateshop and snowboard shop.
Unfortunately the history with Burton snowboards and pleasuresmilano ended a few years ago during the Covid.
