Polar Skate Co. was founded by Swedish skateboarder and filmmaker Pontus Alv after working with Cliché and Mad Circle and touring the world in the early 2000s. After returning to Malmö in 2003, he focused on filmmaking and created the skate classics “Strongest of the Strange” and “In Search of the Miraculous”. Around 2011, his experience led him to launch Polar Skate Co.
