Jones Mind Expander 2.0 Snowboard 2027 represents the evolution of one of the most iconic boards in modern freeride. Completely redesigned, it retains the surfy character that made the Mind Expander famous, but introduces a new, more versatile geometry capable of delivering high performance both in fresh snow and on all-mountain days.
The Directional shape with medium taper and the Directional Camber/Rocker profile let you tackle any conditions naturally. The camber underfoot ensures precision and stability when carving, while the pronounced rocker in the nose provides exceptional float in powder, reducing effort and improving control even in the deepest sections.
The new High 3D Contour Base makes the board incredibly smooth through changes of direction and lets you initiate round, natural turns with very little effort. The Dual Radius Flip Tip further improves turn-entry speed, while the updated construction offers a more precise response than the previous generation, without losing the playful feel that made the Mind Expander a benchmark in creative freeride.
The lightweight Master Core, reinforced with Bcomp Carbon Flax Stringers and Biax fiberglass, ensures a perfect balance of responsiveness, vibration absorption and control at high speeds. The Sintered 8000 Base provides excellent glide, high durability and a great capacity to absorb wax, maintaining consistent performance throughout the season.
